Redherd was started in early 2017, as a vessel to support the contract recruiting work its principal member and founder, Charles Wroth did, with various boutique agencies, namely RedBlue Security. Since 2020 Redherd got a fresh look and name, and a change of direction occurred. During B Sides 2019, a community run Security Conference in Cape Town, South Africa, Charles realized he had many friends and good contacts in the Tech scene in South Africa, but when someone was looking for the next position, he had nothing for them locally.
Redherd now aims to support both agencies and clients directly, to assist with low traffic, high yield technical Talent sourcing wherever they may be. The USA, UK, EU, APAC. Modern challenges require modern solutions and doing everything remotely, means we can cater for any region.

We are a small shop and are looking to expand into recruiting for the Engineering and Agriculture sectors.
